Fleet Hoster (“Fleet Hoster”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the process for returning products purchased from Fleet Hoster.

1. Return Window

  • Fleet Hoster offers a thirty (30) day return policy from the date of original shipment.
  • All returns must be initiated with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and completed return equipment form.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to Fleet Hoster error or defective product.
  • Ensure all returned products are undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.

3. Restocking Fee

  • Products returned for credit are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Restocking Fee: 25% of the current list price per item.
  • Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of original shipment to qualify for credit.

4. Credit and Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, credit will be applied to the original payment method, less applicable restocking fees.
  • Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.
