1. Return Window
- Fleet Hoster offers a thirty (30) day return policy from the date of original shipment.
- All returns must be initiated with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and completed return equipment form.

2. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to Fleet Hoster error or defective product.
- Ensure all returned products are undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.
3. Restocking Fee
- Products returned for credit are subject to a restocking fee.
- Restocking Fee: 25% of the current list price per item.
- Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of original shipment to qualify for credit.
4. Credit and Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, credit will be applied to the original payment method, less applicable restocking fees.
- Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.
